Spy Games and Software? No, Not Really.

When people hear us talk about ‘deploying an agent,’ they may wonder if we’ve gone all John Le Carre or Daniel Silva on them. (We haven’t.)

Sure “deploying an agent” sounds very top level espionage, very… exciting… and while we think it’s cool, there is nothing dangerous about it. Still, even though we’re only talking about deploying a software agent to track software usage for companies, many people — Old School IT folks included — get nervous when we talk about deploying an agent.
